It occurred to me while writing that the only reoccurring character who knew how to drive was Roll so we had to get kinda creative to work in an on-the-scene team. We'll see how they pull it off next week.

I saw Mad Max: Fury Road and for all people go on about the feminist thing (Furiosa's a great character BTW) the thing that stuck out to me was the deconstruction of the Post-Apocolyplse Psycho thing with Nux. I guess after Borderlands took that trope to absurdity they wanted to ground the concept again.

Thank you all for your well wishes! Exams came around a bit earlier than I was expecting so I was unable to account for the comic last week. In the end, I had to resort to Mii hands just to get this done in time... blegh.

It was fun drawing Roll's little slideshow, though, considering it reinforces that Roll is still mentally a young girl (with high intellect nonetheless). See if you can tell who the "extra hands" in the first panel are.

Oh my gosh, you actually drew hands. XD

So like,
if anyone's interested, I put a lot of references on the dumpster two weeks ago, didn't get a lot of guesses so I'm just gonna say them.

The phone number was a reference to the adult animator Zone-sama and his miriad of adult animations based on video games. I wouldn't usually jump to such references, but it's skeevy dumpster writing, it felt appropriate.

In response to that was the catchphrase of the main female deuteragonist from the pornographic game Monster Girl Quest.

Below that was a reference to Cardinal Garigliano from Resonance of Fate who provided the only escort mission in a game that mainly used guns as weapons. Thus "Garigliano can bite my lead" it's a single entendre.

On the lip was the input to Akuma's raging demon, below that and mostly obscured was the line "Now I'm Motivated" which is the line Vergil says in UMvC3 before going for the really long combos, and below that is the phrase "My little sister can't be this OP" in reference to the fact that in the game Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, the titular sister from the Light Novel series "My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute" is currently the highest tiered character, far above powerhouses like Shizuo Heiwajima and Kirito.

And oddly enough, Dengeki just revealed there's going to be an update with a new character, which marks the second confirmed prophecy via dumpster writing.

Fingers crossed for new "Meet the" comics for the new hands.
...Wait. Are those actual HANDS in the first panel? Please tell me that was intentional.
Also Black Mage in the last panel. I need an avatar of that.

EDIT: And then the third panel. "G2G fast". You guys are killing me.

Yay! New arc starring the mages. Considering they night be my fav characters, I feel this will be awesome.

Also the jokes. G2G fast... sonic boom... is perfect!

And of course, glad you back Dry!!

It's not going to be a full arc per-se but we've got one of those coming up soon.

After we've done an E3 reaction comic. I wonder what it'll be this year.

Claycia, Glover, and I don't know.

Supposed to be Master Hand. Could really be either them or Crazy Hand, though. I should've been a bit less ambiguous, huh?

...But not too fast *dies of laughter*

@ Guybrush20X6: You mean Doc Gardevior never bothered to get a drivers licence even after learning at least two Human languages and getting her doctorate? That's a bit surprising.

Though, I do have to admit, since some of her patients may be cars, it could be seen as being "weird" if she could.

You hit the nail on the head.

Keep an eye out for "Putt-putt gets Carjacked".

I suppose driving cars requires feet and fingered hands. Although a Gardevoir-adapted vehicle would be cool. Surely there's a gadgeteer genius out there who could do that.

After Pokken, what's next? Pokémon Kart?

Which reminds me... what about the driving videogames? We talking Gran Turismo, Nascar, Need for Speed... I guess is more fun to talk about the more fantasious games than the more similar to the IRL ones, like sport games and such. I don't blame you, though.

So THATS where my top runner went...good to know

>This is ludicrous!
Hopefully not ludicrous SPEED, though, since that would get you arrested.

There goes the planet.

Well that's why Sonic doesn't as fast as he could go its to prevent others from getting hurt. If it was at one of Eggman's bases with none of his friends nearby he would go all out to wreck the base up!
