So we get to see what Gardevoir does besides psychiatry, sleeping and playing Mario Kart. In Wild World I'd visit the Roost Cafe every day if only so Brewster wouldn't be lonely. Wonder if we'll be here regularly.

The Wii Fit trainer constantly climbs and plummets down the uncanny valley. After you've played the game for a while you stop noticing but her redesign might've put her over the edge again. Glad they're sticking with the classic design for Smash 4.

Anyway, if you haven't pledged to Tadpole Treble do so soon or I won't go to your birthday party.

But my birthday's tomorrow, Guybrush! ;~;

Anyways, I have officially dug a mineshaft in the uncanny valley, and the result was so horrifying that we had to abort the scripted ending. I am very proud and disgusted with myself.

Props to the fellow who can guess where today's game over screen came from.

Sorry guys, I'm trying to balance finishing this super long essay, doing regular homework, and this comic into a single weekend, so there's only flats right now.
I'm hoping to get a complete version done later today but I don't know if I absolutely can or not.

And in case you want to spread the love/scare small children, here's a big version of Panel 5.

Wii Fit Trainer's eyes? It's not that bad... Sure, it's weird at first, as we're used to see her with the other eyes we'll see her in SSB4 with...

P.S. It's no big surprise to find Godot in a café.

So *that's* where Godot gets his coffee cups from...

he gets them from the coffee dimension, whos inhabitants(giant coffee beans)treat him as a god and send coffeee cups across tables to him whenever hes thirsty, hes here to see how his dimension coffee tastes like

Indeed. Brewster is best at making coffee.

Actually, maybe Brewster goes into the courtroom with Godot and THAT'S who keeps sliding the coffee over?

Nahh, he wouldn't approve of it being weaponized.

Why is the trainer having so much coffee?
Lektio (Guest) edit delete reply
I suspect it may be a reference to Earthbound. In the English version, all references to alcohol were censored and replaced with coffee.
This lead to rosy-cheeked men in dive bars (most notably in Fourside), drowning their sorrows in frothy mugs of... cappuccino.

I think you're over thinking this

But what if he's right? Guybrush is notorious for disgustingly obscure references, after all. >_>

Oh, am I glad I started watching some AVGN a few days back. The game over screen's from Friday the Thirteenth, that Jason video game.

Wow, didn't see Godot until just this time, which, considering I've been through all the strips at least 3 times...Anyway, that was a nice play.
